The life of an indie comic creator -- especially a self-published one -- is one that leaves a quite of bit of time between books. Right now, I'm participating in two or three a year, but I really want to see that number increase.
So, here's the plan: Dead by Wednesday #2 is being inked (by me) right now and the Kickstarter will begin in February with the hopes of having the first books ready in May. Then on to #3, #4 and #5 -- all this year (yeah, ambitious, but I feel the need to be right now).
Additionally, Combat Jacks #3 is being finished up right now (I'm co-writer on that mini-series) with #4 later this year and, hopefully, a collected edition soon after.
I'm also going to be putting out a webcomic, The Eighth Day, starting very soon (will update on that ASAP) and that will run throughout this year and, hopefully beyond.
In addition, I'll be reaching out to publishers and editors with the hope of picking up some work.
In the meantime, why not keep track of the pages I'm inking? I won't be showing all of them, but I will post WIPs and finished pieces here and there, as well as other art.
